Siftax stores the information your firm enters to run its practice: your account details, your organization's details, and the client, task, billing, and document records your team creates in the app.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide the Siftax service to your organization — we do not sell it or share it with third parties for advertising. Transactional emails (such as notifications and reminders) are sent only in connection with your firm's activity.
Data isolation and access
Each organization's data is isolated from other organizations. Within your firm, role-based permissions control which team members can view or edit specific records.
Your choices
You can update your account information at any time from your profile. To request export or deletion of your organization's data, contact us at support@siftax.com.
